This could be the ultimate aperitif, so fresh and so clean. Citrus profile of the Verdelho perfectly intertwines with ripe apple notes on the nose. The palate has a touch of spritz, a touch of sweetness, acid twang, juicy fruit with a nice creamy mid palate. Matched perfectly to isolation so you don't have to share.
As always the profits from this wine will be going to a charity close to our hearts. All profits from the 2019 Gravy will to going to the Stanthorpe branch of BUSHkids who do great work providing support and assistance to kids in regional areas to give them access to the same opportunities as city kids.
The 2018 Gravy is nearly all sold out and when it does the profits will be going to Graham House in Murgon, great people, doing great things in their community.

50% Pink Lady Cider and 50% Verdelho Pet Nat.
The cider component was fermented separately - naturally of course. It was left on gross lees for 6 months as well as seeing the addition on Verdelho lees and Sangiovese lees. It was worked pretty hard over this time to broaden the palate and create some complexity. This was eventually racked and added to a small batch of Verdelho pet nat that had been ticking for some months. Once blended it was bottled straight away, unfined, unfiltered, with no additions whatsoever.
