In 2020 he decided it was time to replace beer with gin for his first tipple of the day. To honour this gargantuan shift, we have created a single vintage, wine-based gin for his afternoon aperitifs. A classic London dry style gin with a twist, as Barry is anything but straightforward.
Layered textures from the wine base gives some insight to the depth of the man. Bright citrus notes impersonate him winning the trifecta in the last race of the day. The use of native botanicals is a tribute to his love of our land. The underlying spice from Szechuan pepper represents his love of the pepper steak pie.
